16 point plan to succeed in Life!
1. Don't talk negatively about people behind their backs.
2. If you gossip, people won't confide in you. Mind your own business .
3. Try to work for someone who'll challenge your powers.
4. You'll learn more in a year than 4 years of college.
5. Successful bosses have good communication skills. They learn from people, including their employees.
6. Work in such a way that makes your boss look good. It's not flattery.
7. On downsizing, the first to go are those with few friends. Bosses prefer competent people whom they respect.
8. Dress for the job you want, not the one you have. Let your dress reflect professionalism.
9. Workout to get in good physical shape. Unless exceptionally skilled, the unhealthy are at a comparative disadvantage.

12. Strive your best to keep a deadline. If you cannot meet it, then apologize & ask for an extension
13. Don't take things personally. If some people are unhappy with you, it's their problem. But always strive to give your best .
14. If you must correct someone, don't get personal about it. Do it never in front of others.
15. Spend some time alone every day. Think What's the mission of my life? What do I want to be? And how to go about it.
16. As you move along Plan A of your career, maintain a Plan B as well an alternative course to rely.
Always remember that the secret of success is passion. Always think big. Spread love & joy. You'll have blissful years ahead.

I Me Myself!
I am nothing special. I like to think of myself as an ordinary person who continues to have extraordinary experiences; I have determined that whatever has happened to me had nothing to do with me as a person anyway. All my learning and experience is from meeting people of substance.
'Special can be a trap' I have fallen into it many times. I have been able to crawl out and walk again only through His kindness and all-forgiving nature. For when we feel we are special, we are in fact no better and perhaps far worse than the simple creatures that live on earth. They go about their business with none of our vices, none of our endless quest to be something in our own right. Our only true existence is finding our place of service in natural order.
Our only saving grace is our potential to recognise and follow the light within. The only thing special in us is the power, the voice within, the "form" the conscience. For me it is the one they call universally the almighty.
Cause we are all orphans born into this world to surrogate parents. No matter how kind our parents are and how much love and luxuries they shower upon us, we are ever longing for something else, something intangible. Something is missing that we ourselves can't identify, but in the midst of all the glitter and beauty, there is one face we want to see yet we may not even know what it looks like. Surrounded by the wonders of the material world, wanting for nothing, there is a gaping hole inside us which craves to be filled...
As children; each of us hears a voice that guides us throughout our life. Call it our intutions, call it the voice of the universe, call it what you wish, but early in my life it was so clear that it was my constant companion. But somewhere between Bar hopping, flirting and talking crap, when values fall out of fashion, the voice left me, and i, like many Indian youth, felt the material world, with all its temptations, corruption and oppression close in and I got buried..
I had studied what i had understood to be all the world's religions... Yet there was a path of higher learning that was calling, and a methodology not found even in the world's best seats of learning. For what I sought and yearned for was truth and God the authority behind truth was not accessible through books. While I enjoyed the quest for knowledge during my college years, it was the wisdom to use it wisely that was missing. So I followed the voice and the call and struck off on my own terrain, to destination, to points unknown, but totally confident that I would be led on the path that I needed to follow.
Being ordinary & meeting people from all walks of life has enlightened my potentials...
